Programs

Three tiers. One unbroken pipeline.

Every Meyer Sports athlete moves through a clear, age-appropriate progression — from first steps on the court to leadership on the sidelines.

Tier 1 · Ages 6–12

Explorers

Fun first. Fundamentals always.

The Explorers program focuses on fundamental movement skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of physical activity.

  • Weekly multi-sport sessions after school and on weekends
  • Basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball/softball, track and field, and more
  • Certified coaches and trained youth volunteers leading every session
  • Quarterly family engagement events
  • Uniforms and equipment provided for all participants
Tier 2 · Ages 13–17

Competitors

Compete hard. Lead early.

Competitors builds on foundational skills with structured league play, competitive training, and an introduction to sports leadership.

  • Competitive leagues in basketball, soccer, football, baseball, track, and volleyball
  • Skill-specific clinics and dedicated coaching sessions
  • Academic check-ins — participants maintain satisfactory academic standing
  • Introduction to coaching, refereeing, and sports administration
  • College and scholarship awareness workshops

From player to leader.

Leaders is a leadership and civic development pathway. Participants train as junior coaches, officials, program assistants, and community ambassadors.

  • Sports management and nonprofit leadership training
  • Mentorship from professional athletes, coaches, and community leaders
  • Resume building, interview preparation, and professional development
  • Community service and civic engagement projects
School & Community Partners

Programming where the kids already are — in school.

Through our partnership with local schools and community organizations, Meyer Sports brings programming directly onto school property and into neighborhood spaces, opening access for every family. We coordinate with administration to align with the academic calendar, offer in-school assemblies and PE support, and work with counselors to enroll the students who need us most.
